Info Desk: MY MALL has an Information Desk conveniently located at the main Entrance B on the Ground Floor. The desk is open during shop hours and is available to assist guests with any questions they may have.

Security: At MY MALL, safety is a top priority. The Security Department is staffed with highly-trained personnel. These officers patrol the interior and exterior of the Mall 24-hours-a-day, together with the Control Room, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, they allow the mall to provide a safe and secure environment for its guests.

Disabled Facilities: Don't let limited mobility stop you or a friend from enjoying MY MALL. Use a free wheelchair you can find at the Info Desk and make the most of our wheelchair-friendly shops, restaurants and specialized rest rooms.

Lost & Found: Did you lose something while at MY MALL? The Info Desk will be happy to assist with lost and found issues.

Transport: Do you need a Taxi? Simply come to the Info Desk and we will call one for you or, if available, you can simply take a taxi from the taxi queue at Entrance B. Do you prefer to take the Bus? Public Bus - Route 30 drops off and picks up guests at the Bus Station located to the left of Entrance B.
