Terms & Conditions

 The following terms and conditions apply to the promotional campaign “Giveaway Trip,” organized by MIM SERVICES LIMITED (the “Organizer”), headquartered at 285 Franklin Roosevelt Avenue, 3150, Limassol, Cyprus, in collaboration with Matzios Luxury Cruises The giveaway will take place online via the Organizer’s social media account, specifically on Instagram.

1. By participating in the promotional campaign, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Participants must be permanent residents of Cyprus and over 18 years old.
3. The giveaway will run from July 18, 2025, to August 3, 2025 (23:59). The winner of the draw will be announced on July 4 2025, online via the Organizer’s social media accounts. Any entries submitted after the giveaway ends will be considered invalid.
4. There will be one (1) winner, who will receive Win an unforgettable 2-hour private yacht cruise aboard the luxurious Sea Ray 455 Sundancer for you and up to 5 friends (6 guests total)Enjoy a complimentary bottle of champagne and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks as you cruise.
5. Employees of the Organizer, Matzios Luxury Cruises, and the advertising agency Marketway Ltd are excluded from participating in the giveaway.
6. All participants who have followed the required steps, as stated in the official Instagram announcement, will be entered into the draw. Only one (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries.
7. The draw will take place electronically, and the winner will be notified via a direct message on Instagram.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to reject entries with incomplete or incorrect details and to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or demonstrates dishonest or inappropriate behaviour.
9. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner can redeem his prize gift until end of September upon availability.
10. The winner  If the winners refuse to receive the gift or does not present their selves at the Organiser’s office within 2 (two) weeks from the day the Organiser contacts him/her, then the Organiser will be discharged of its obligations towards that Winner and will then select the runner-up to claim the prize.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to publish the winner’s name along with photographic or other visual material in all media outlets, on the social media profiles of MYMALL Limassol, and on its website.
12. The winners will be required to present their selves together with his/her ID (at the Organiser’s office) to collect their gift. If the winners refuse to receive the gift or does not present their selves at the Organiser’s office within 2 (two) weeks from the day the Organiser contacts him/her, then the Organiser will be discharged of its obligations towards that Winner and will then select the runner-up to claim the prize.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the present terms and conditions without prior notice, to reduce or extend the duration of the competition, to substitute the prize with any other prize at its absolute discretion and to recall them for reasons of force majeure.
14. Participation in the competition implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the participant to submit his/her personal data in a file kept by the organizing company for the purpose of this promotion, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data. The personal data of the participants will be processed by the Organizing Company according to the new General Data Protection Regulation. The purpose of the collection, preservation and processing of personal data by the Organizing Company is to support the necessary activities within the framework and for the purposes of the Competition. At any time, each participant reserves the right to access his/her personal data, as well as to correct, delete, limit the processing and portability of his/her data and to oppose to the processing of these data, in accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 respectively of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, following a written request to the above company at info@mim.com.cy.
