Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the promotional activity “Women’s Day Giveaway”, organized by MIM SERVICES LIMITED (the “Organizer”), located at 285 Franklin Roosevelt Avenue, 3150, Limassol, Cyprus, in collaboration with Anna Maria Mazaraki. The competition will be conducted online through the Organizer’s social media account, specifically on Instagram (www.instagram.com/mymall_limassol/).

1. By participating in the promotional activity, each participant accepts these Terms & Conditions.
2. Participants must be over 18 years old and permanent residents of Cyprus.
3. The competition will run from February 27 until March 5, 2026 (23:59). The winner announcement will take place on March 6, 2026, via the Organizer’s Instagram account (instagram.com/mymall_limassol/). Any entry submitted after the end of the competition will be considered invalid.
4. There will be three (3) winners, each of whom will win one (1) heart necklace from the Anna Maria Mazaraki store at MYMALL Limassol. The gift for each winner will be selected randomly and will be one (1) of the following items: code 1SNE019681, 1SNE019683, 1SNE019682.
5. Employees of the Organizer and employees of Anna Maria Mazaraki stores throughout Cyprus are excluded from participating.
6. All individuals who have followed the steps as published in the relevant announcement on the Organizer’s Instagram account (instagram.com/mymall_limassol/) will be eligible to participate in the draw.
7. The draw will take place electronically, and the winner will receive a written message via Instagram.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to reject entries with incomplete or incorrect information and to exclude any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or whose participation demonstrates dishonest or inappropriate behavior.
9. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or for another model or product.
10. Winners may collect their prize at the event organized by Anna Maria Mazaraki at MyMall on March 6, 2026. If they are unable to attend the event, they may collect their prize from the Anna Maria Mazaraki store within two (2) weeks from the date the Organizer contacts them.
11. With the acceptance of the competition prize, the winner provides to the Organiser the right to publish his/her name, along with photos or any other visual material, in any media outlet as well as on social media profiles and website.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the present terms and conditions without prior notice, to reduce or extend the duration of the competition, to substitute the prize with any other prize at its absolute discretion and to recall them for reasons of force majeure.
13. Participation in the competition implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the participant to submit his/her personal data in a file kept by the organizing company for the purpose of this promotion, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data. The personal data of the participants will be processed by the Organizing Company according to the new General Data Protection Regulation. The purpose of the collection, preservation and processing of personal data by the Organizing Company is to support the necessary activities within the framework and for the purposes of the Competition. At any time, each participant reserves the right to access his/her personal data, as well as to correct, delete, limit the processing and portability of his/her data and to oppose to the processing of these data, in accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 respectively of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, following a written request to the above company at info@mim.com.cy.
14. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram.
