Oxette Giveaway | 30.3 – 13.4

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the promotional campaign “Oxette Giveaway,” organized by the company MIM SERVICES LIMITED (the “Organizer”), headquartered at 285 Franklin Roosevelt Street, 3150, Limassol, Cyprus, in collaboration with PERIDEO Cyprus Ltd. The competition will be conducted online through the Organizer’s social media account, specifically on Instagram (www.instagram.com/mymall_limassol/).

1. By participating in the promotional campaign, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Participants must be over 18 years old.
3. The competition will run from March 30 until April 13, 2026 (23:59), and the winner will be announced on April 14, 2026, on the Organizer’s Instagram account (www.instagram.com/mymall_limassol/). Any entries submitted after the end of the competition will be considered invalid.
4. There will be 1 (one) winner who will receive 1 (one) watch worth €175 from the Oxette store at MYMALL Limassol.
5. Employees of the Organizer and employees of Oxette stores across Cyprus are excluded from participation.
6. All individuals who follow the steps as published in the relevant announcement on the Organizer’s Instagram account (www.instagram.com/mymall_limassol/) will be entered into the draw.
7. The draw will be conducted electronically, and the winner will receive a written message via Instagram.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to reject entries with incomplete or incorrect details and to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or whose participation demonstrates dishonest or inappropriate behavior.
9. The prize is personal, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced with another model or product.
10. The winner must present their ID (at the security department – basement level) to collect their prize. If the winner refuses to accept the prize or does not appear at the Organizer’s office within 2 (two) weeks from the date the Organizer contacts them, the Organizer is released from any obligation toward them and reserves the right to select another winner from the submitted entries.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to publish the winner’s name along with photographic or other visual material across all media, on MYMALL Limassol’s social media profiles, and on its website.
12. The Organizer reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify the terms of the draw, shorten or extend its duration, or even cancel it due to force majeure.
13. Participation in the Competition implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the participant for the processing and storage of personal data in a file maintained by the Organizer.
