Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the competition ‘MyMall Birthday17’, which is organised by MIM SERVICES LIMITED (the ‘’Organiser’’), whose registered office is 285, Roosevelt str. 3150, Limassol, Cyprus in collaboration with the ORANGE TRAVEL (CYPRUS) LTD. The competition will take place on social media platforms and more specific on Instagram (www.instagram.com/mymall_limassol/ .

1. By participating in the promotional campaign, each participant accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Participants must be permanent residents of Cyprus and over 18 years of age.
3. The competition will run from May 8 until June 4, 2026 (23:59). The winner announcement will take place on June 5, 2026, online through the Organizer’s social media accounts. Any entry submitted after the competition deadline will be considered invalid.
4. There will be one (1) winner, who will receive a travel package to Heraklion for 2 people, including round-trip airline tickets (excluding airport taxes) and accommodation for 4 nights (25/07/2026 – 29/07/2026) in a double room at the IBIS STYLES Hotel with breakfast included.
5. Employees of the Organizer, employees of Orange Travel (Cyprus) Ltd, and employees of Marketway Ltd are excluded from participating in the campaign.
6. All individuals who follow the steps published in the relevant announcement on the Organizer’s Instagram account will participate in the draw.
7. The draw will take place electronically, and the winner will receive a written message via Instagram.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to reject entries with incomplete or incorrect information and to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or whose participation demonstrates dishonest or unacceptable behavior.
9. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The dates mentioned above cannot be changed.
10. The winner, or a representative on their behalf, must collect the prize from My Mall or from the offices of Lets Go Tours by Amathus within 7 working days from the winner announcement. If the winner refuses to accept the prize, the Organizer is released from any obligation toward them and reserves the right to select another winner from the submitted entries.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to publish the winner’s name along with photographic or other visual material in all mass media, on the MYMALL Limassol social media profiles, and on its website.
12. 13.  Participation in the competition implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the participant to submit his/her personal data in a file kept by the organizing company for the purpose of this promotion, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data. The personal data of the participants will be processed by the Organizing Company according to the new General Data Protection Regulation. The purpose of the collection, preservation and processing of personal data by the Organizing Company is to support the necessary activities within the framework and for the purposes of the Competition. At any time, each participant reserves the right to access his/her personal data, as well as to correct, delete, limit the processing and portability of his/her data and to oppose to the processing of these data, in accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 respectively of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, following a written request to the above company at info@mim.com.cy.
