Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional campaign “June Giveaway”, organized by MIM Services Limited (the “Organizer”), with its registered office at 285 Franklin Roosevelt Street, 3150 Limassol, Cyprus. The competition will be conducted online through the Organizer’s social media account, specifically on Instagram at www.instagram.com/mymall_limassol/.

1. By participating in the promotional campaign, each participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participants must be over 18 years of age and residents of Cyprus.
3. The competition will run from 5 June 2026 until 25 June 2026 (23:59). The winner will be announced on 26 June 2026 via the Organizer’s Instagram account at www.instagram.com/mymall_limassol/. Any entries submitted after the closing date of the competition will be considered invalid.
4. There will be one (1) winner, who will receive one (1) gift voucher worth €200 for a store of their choice at My Mall Limassol. The selected store must offer gift vouchers. If not the winner needs to choose another store.
5. Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
6. All individuals who have followed the participation steps as published in the relevant announcement on the Organizer’s Instagram account (www.instagram.com/mymall_limassol/) will be entered into the draw.
7. The draw will be conducted electronically, and the winner will be notified via a direct message on Instagram.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to reject entries containing incomplete or incorrect information and to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or whose participation involves dishonest or unacceptable conduct.
9. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. The winner must present their identification card at the Security Department (located in the basement) to collect their gift voucher. If the winner refuses to accept the gift voucher or fails to appear at the Organizer’s Security Department within two (2) weeks from the date on which the Organizer contacts them, the Organizer shall be released from any obligation towards that winner and reserves the right to select another winner from the submitted entries.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to publish the winner’s name together with photographs or other visual material in all media outlets, on MYMALL Limassol’s social media profiles, and on its website.
12. The Organizer reserves the right, without prior notice, to amend the terms of the draw, shorten or extend its duration, or cancel it altogether in cases of force majeure.
13. Participation in the competition implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the participant to submit his/her personal data in a file kept by the organizing company for the purpose of this promotion, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data. The personal data of the participants will be processed by the Organizing Company according to the new General Data Protection Regulation. The purpose of the collection, preservation and processing of personal data by the Organizing Company is to support the necessary activities within the framework and for the purposes of the Competition. At any time, each participant reserves the right to access his/her personal data, as well as to correct, delete, limit the processing and portability of his/her data and to oppose to the processing of these data, in accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 respectively of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, following a written request to the above company at info@mim.com.cy.
14. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram.
