Sales Assistant
ADCY Sports Retailer LTD is looking for a Sales Assistant for our Adidas store in MYMALL Limassol.
Scope of the Job:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for serving customers on the store floor and answering their needs in a timely manner in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve optimum sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered.
- Maintain good brand knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Open & eager to learn new technologies and stay up to date.
- Open to provide Brand’s knowledge & personal experience feedbacks to support team members.
Job Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in the sales field.
- Advanced in English and Greek. Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Communication Skills.
- Customer Service skills.
