Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the competition ‘MyMall Birthday15’, which is organised by MIM SERVICES LIMITED (the ‘’Organiser’’), whose registered office is 285, Roosevelt str. 3150, Limassol, Cyprus in collaboration with the ORANGE TRAVEL (CYPRUS) LTD. The competition will take place on social media platforms and more specific on Instagram (www.instagram.com/mymall_limassol/ & Facebook https://www.facebook.com/LIMASSOLMYMALL/ .

1. By entering the competition, the participant confirms that s/he accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Participants must be 18 years old and above.
3. The competition starts on the 3rd of April and ends on the 10th of May 2024 (23:59) and the announcement of the winner will take place on May 11, 2024 electronically through the accounts of the Organizing Company. Any entry submitted after the competition is invalid. The winner will receive his/her prize on Sunday, May 12 from MyMall Limassol (during the Festival).
4. The winner will be only 1 (one) and will win a family package for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old) for 5 days in Rhodes for the dates 12-16 July 2024 – an offer of the travel agency Let’s Go Tours by Amathus.
5. The package includes: air tickets Larnaca – Rhodes – Larnaca, airport taxes, four (4) nights at the Mediterranean 5* hotel with half board, one 23kg piece of luggage and one 10kg piece of hand luggage and travel insurance.
6. Employees of the Organizing Company, employees of Orange Travel (Cyprus) Ltd and employees of the agency company Marketway Ltd are excluded from the competition.
7. The participants who follow the steps as published on Instagram   account com/mymall_limassol/ or/ and Facebook account  https://www.facebook.com/LIMASSOLMYMALL/  of the organiser are the only ones who can participate at the draw. The competition will be run on Facebook and Instagram at the same time – and from the total participants there will be ONLY 1 winner.
8. The winner will be chosen electronically, and s/he will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook message.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or altered entries and to exclude any participant who violates the present terms and conditions or exhibits dishonest or unacceptable behaviour.
10. The gift is personal, cannot be transferred or assigned to another person and cannot be exchanged for money. Also the dates cannot be changed.
11. The winner/ or a representative will have to show up at the May 12th Festival at MyMall to claim his/her prize. If the winner refuses to receive his/her gift voucher, then the organizer is released from its obligation towards him/her and reserves the right to select another lucky winner from among the entries submitted.
12. With the acceptance of the competition prize, the winner provides to the Organiser the right to publish his/her name, along with photos or any other visual material, in any media outlet as well as on social media profiles and website.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the present terms and conditions without prior notice, to reduce or extend the duration of the competition, to substitute the prize with any other prize at its absolute discretion and to recall them for reasons of force majeure.
14. Participation in the competition implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the participant to submit his/her personal data in a file kept by the organizing company for the purpose of this promotion, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data. The personal data of the participants will be processed by the Organizing Company according to the new General Data Protection Regulation. The purpose of the collection, preservation and processing of personal data by the Organizing Company is to support the necessary activities within the framework and for the purposes of the Competition. At any time, each participant reserves the right to access his/her personal data, as well as to correct, delete, limit the processing and portability of his/her data and to oppose to the processing of these data, in accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 respectively of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, following a written request to the above company at [email protected].
