Assistant Manager for Sunglass Hut

Duties:

  • Greet customers, offer assistance in their purchase decisions;
  • Arrange and replenish the shop shelves and ensure the shop is kept clean and tidy all the times;
  • Perform physical and electronic inventory of shop products;
  • Communicate sales plans and targets to the team, monitor performance;
  • Assign routine and non-routine task;
  • Assist in the schedule preparation;
  • Handle customer complains;
  • Motivate team members;

 

Remuneration:

  • Basic salary + monthly commission;
