A day in our team:
- Management of transactions with customers and organization of cash
- Carrying out cash transactions
- Scanning products and ensuring the price is correct
- Collecting cash or credit card payments
- Issuing receipts, change or vouchers
- Resolving customer complaints, guiding them and providing relevant information
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a retail store
- Proven experience in fund management and organization
- Experience in cash transactions (charging credit cards and loans, etc.)
- Knowledge of cash programs or applications (ERP)
- Ability to use a PC (Ms Office, Windows)
- Developed communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English language (oral and written)
- Focus on perfect customer service
