Vans is looking for a trustworthy individual with integrity and managerial skills for the Store Manager position at Vans Store.
Duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Implementation and establishment of strategies and procedures for achieving store’s success
- Continuous collaboration and reporting to the Retail Area Manager
- Supervision and optimization of procedures and staff performance
- Handle work related issues and evaluate employees’ performance
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the stores and the provision of excellent customer service
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment of products
- Communication with suppliers and collaborators
- Assisting in the financial management of the store for ensuring profitability and maintenance of budgeting
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar managerial position
- Knowledge of trends of the specific market
- Experience in staff evaluation
- Excellent written and oral communication in Greek and English
- Knowledge of Russian language will be desirable
- Very good computer skills
